In 1996,the company was reorganized and merged into Jiangsu High Hope International Group Corporation. In November 1997, the company changed its name to High Hope Int'l Group Jiangsu Knitwear & Home-Textile Import & Export Co., Ltd. In January 2011, the name was changed to the current one. In July 2015, Jiangsu High Hope International Group Corporation realized overall listing. In July 2023, it joined Jiangsu SOHO Holdings Group Co., Ltd. due to work arrangement of Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government respect to the reorganization and integration of provincial state-owned companies. The registered capital of the company is 129 million yuan, and there are 202 employees.

In terms of business composition, the company mainly engages in the export and domestic trade of knitted clothing and home textiles, as well as import business focusing on wood, machiner yand equipment, import and export business centered on chemicals, and domestic trade of PPG paint. Its self-owned brands like "Spring Forecast" and "RKS" are gradually entering the international market.
